1. Customer Should Provide the Fan
   Electrician will only bring tools. Ensure you have the complete fan unit and accessories (blades, down rod, canopy, screws).

2. Ceiling Height Should Be Accessible
   For ceilings above 10 feet, a ladder must be provided or pre-informed for arrangements.

3. Old Fan Removal Can Be Requested
   If replacing an old fan, inform in advance for smooth removal and disposal if needed.

4. False Ceiling Support May Require Extra Charge
   If the false ceiling is weak, a wooden base or anchor support will be charged separately.
